How it Works!
Automated Weekly Surveys
With Pulse Bot, every week, employees respond anonymously to a 4-question Pulse Survey. The survey has a high response rate as it takes less than two minutes to complete.
Configurable day/time slots for users
Pulse bot allows admins to select the trigger time slot and Working days (on which the pulse surveys can be sent) for their company. Further, employees can set their preference, i.e., choose a working day on which they wish to take the survey.
Employee feedback
Follow-up questions gather anonymous employee feedback and suggestions on the key issues. Questions vary according to user’s previous responses. Pulse bot allows a deeper check on employee feedback to enable periodic and sustained interventions.

Pulse bot curates 64 questions into 8 engagement dimensions that essentially measures an organisation's culture. The 8 dimensions are Recognition, Well Being, Personal Growth, Belonging, Collaboration, Alignment, Communication and Leadership
Real-time Dimension Indexes
Pulse bot provides weekly moving average index computed by averaging the responses of day wise user cohorts. The weekly moving average index is computed in real time and is displayed for overall organisation and for individual engagement dimensions.
Employee Loyalty Score
Pulse bot captures employee loyalty on a scale of 0 to 10 for the question "Based on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being lowest and 10 being highest, how would you recommend your organisation as a place to work?" The bot then classifies users into cohorts Promoters, Passives and Detractors based on the scores
